SOLIS Foundation’s journey began with a simple observation: many children from underserved communities face barriers that prevent them from accessing and continuing their education.
Through interactions with families and communities, we came to understand that school enrolment alone is not enough. Children also need foundational learning support, encouragement and an environment where they can continue to learn with confidence.
This understanding shaped the beginning of SOLIS Foundation’s work in 2026. Starting at the community level, we began listening to families, engaging with schools and exploring practical ways to address the challenges children face in their educational journey.
As a grassroots organisation, we believe meaningful change begins with understanding local realities, valuing community participation and taking consistent, achievable steps. Our journey continues to evolve through field experience, collaboration and learning from the communities we work with.
